Haddock (Close to 24 inches) Good months to fish this species are spring to Fall. Found in deep, cool waters. They are primarily found at depths of 140 to 450 and generally avoid depths less than 30.

Roseate Terns feed in salt water on small fish, most frequently sand lance but also white hake, juvenile herring, mackerel, gadids, cod, pollock, and haddock.

Atlantic puffins are typically about 12 inches (30 cm) tall.

In general their diet is comprised of small fishes such as capelin, cod, haddock, hake, herring, menhaden and ratfish. They also eat invertebrates such as krill, crabs, polychaete worms, jellyfish, ctenophores, amphipods, squid and octopus.

A: North Atlantic water: Cod (Gadus morhua), hake (Merluccius sp.), haddock (Phenacogrammus aeglefinus), as well as deepwater genadiers (Macrourus sp.) are known to prey on the octopuses Eledone and Bathypolypus.

Minke whales feed on krill; fish, including sand lace, sand eel, salmon, capelin, mackerel, cod, coal fish, whiting, sprat, wolffish, dogfish, pollack, haddock, and herring; and squid. Capelin are the dominant food item of North Atlantic minkes.

Males can reach sexual maturity at age 3 but females usually mature at ages 4-7. Adult eels are preyed upon by larger fish such as sharks, haddock and swordfish and also by gulls and bald eagles.

The diet of the Northern Hemisphere humpback whales consists of planktonic crustaceans and small schooling fish such as herring, capelin, pink salmon, Arctic cod, walleye pollack, sardine, mackerel, anchovy and haddock.

After several attempts (and getting bit..lol) I managed to get some fresh water and bits of haddock into his gullet. This seemed to "wake" him up and he "remembered" what he was supposed be doing..

Although few are important as food for humans, they are of great significance as prey species for commercially important fish like cod, haddock, sea bass, and flatfish.

ws petrels, 25+ g shearwaters, 60+ c terns, 8 n gannets - 1 adult, 20+ h gulls, 40+ gbb gulls, 2 bl kittiwakes - non-adults. 1 humpback whale, 1 fin whale, 3 blue fin tuna - jumping, 1 large shark species. Oh yes, I did catch some prized haddock.
