Inconnu
The literal translation from French is 'unknown'. This whitefish averages from 4 to 9 kg (9 to 20 lbs) but some can reach up to 31 kg (70 lbs).
The Sheefish (inconnu) is the largest member of the whitefish subfamily (family Salmonidae; subfamily Coregoninae). Sheefish are white or silvery in color without spots or other markings and have very large scales.
