More on Rock Rabbit
Pika - short-haired mammal related to rabbits and hares, also called mouse hare and rock rabbit.

They are also known as the Rock Dassie or the Rock Rabbit, due to their rodent-like appearance but despite this, they are thought to be most closely related to much larger animals including the Elephant and the Manatee.

The hyrax, also called rock rabbit or dassie, is a small furry mammal. It looks like a robust, oversized guinea pig, or a rabbit with rounded ears and no tail.

- Rock hyraxes are also called rock rabbits, or dassies. Other hyrax nicknames include pimbi, stone badger, cape hyrax, coney, and klipdas.
-Hyrax colonies use the same area for their toilet, leaving white stains on the rocks.

The pikas is a small mammal that is also known as the cony and the "rock rabbit" (but they aren't really rabbits). Pikas are lagomorphs, closely related to rabbits and hares, but they are smaller and much noisier; they bark and bleat.
