These birds forage in flight or pick up objects while swimming, walking or wading. They also steal food from other birds and frequently scavenge.
At less than half an inch (11.5 mm) in length, Hippocampus satomiae is the world's smallest seahorse. It was discovered recently in the waters off of Derwan Island, near Indonesian Borneo.
Most of these — nearly 27,000 — are bony fish, examples of which include salmon, goldfish, eels, seahorses, sunfish, sturgeon, lungfish and coelacanths.

The Cedar Key Mole Skink, Eumeces egregius insularis, is found on Cedar and Seahorse Keys. It has a dark orange tail and may have light stripes running the length of its body. It grows to 6.4" long.
