Cardinal Tetra... As suggested, it is one of the most popular fishes in the world. I bought about 80 fishes for my 3 and 1/2 feet tank. All the fishes were great and displayed shows of blue and red colorizations.
Cardinal Tetras do best in schools of 6 or more. They will thrive in any well-maintained aquarium and live surprisingly long for such a small fish. Food for the Cardinals would include baby brine shrimp, micro worms, grindal worms and flake foods.

When most people think "Tetra" they think of strictly high-end tropical Tetras, such as Cardinal Tetras, but there are exceptions and the Bloodfin is one of them.
