Summary: Kevin hardly ever saw his dwarf croaking gouramis hiding in the plants, but one day he noticed some miniscule eggs in a few floating bubbles, which hatched into tiny black fry.

Look for the Mouthbrooding Betta - Betta pugnax, the Licorice Gourami - Parosphromenus deissneri, the Spike-Tailed Paradise Fish - Pseudosphromenus cupanus, the Croaking Gourami - Trichopsis vittatus, and the Dwarf Croaking Gourami - T.

This species is also sometimes called the Dwarf Croaking Gourami, as it "croaks" when it gets excited or afraid, and sometimes when they spawn.
