French Angelfish
The French Angelfish is one of the more popular angelfish varieties. The face is a pale, dusky-blue with eyes rimmed in yellow and white.

A large angelfish that changes colors as it matures. Needs a diet with lots of marine algae. They can be fairly rugged for angels once acclimated.

The French Angelfish is big, boisterous, very hardy, and one of the fastest, if not THE fastest growing angelfish in captivity. Growing from a small, fluttering, black and yellow juvenile to an active, somewhat more subdued adult.

5 gallon tank, which took a first place ribbon, displayed a pair of Banded Coral Shrimp, a young Bluefish, a Black Angel, (young, I hope!) AND a French Angel (also young, I hope!) Wow! And no filtration.
