It seems to have mass respect from my four other Cichlids (Green Terror/Texas Carpintus/Managuense/Oscar). The tank is the Oscar's domain .. free to go where-ever wanted, with the occasional dominance stand-off with the Texas.
I have a mix of fish; Tiger Scat holds his own, Managuense the toughest, bothers no one unless messed with, a Synodontis, Jack Dempsey, and Red Devil. All about six inches, and all get brutally beaten by a Kenyi Cichlid male, about five inches.
Most of the adult hobbyists have only 1/10th of the *fishy* knowledge of the Reclos' family, so Johnny should be able to keep the managuense in optimal conditions. Who has the right to say that this tank is way too small?
