Opaline Gourami
The Opaline Gourami is also known as the Marbled Gourami, and is a color variation of the Blue Gourami. This gourami is a rather peaceful fish that is very comical to watch as a juvenile.

The Three-spot Gourami comes in several color hybrids sold as Blue, Gold, Platinum, Snakeskin and Opaline Gouramis. These are all the same species.
An example of a fairly weak mix would be 25 Blue Gouramis and 25 Opaline Gouramis, which have only a single different characteristic: color pattern.
One of the color variants is called the "Opaline Gourami" or the "Cosby Gourami" after the fish breeder who first established it.
The gold gourami is simply a highly bred strain of Trichogaster trichopterus as is the opaline gourami. Wild T. trichopterus are tan fish sometimes seen as the 3 spot gouramis. What about a cross between a gold gourami and an opaline gourami?
It is identical to the Gold Gourami (same species) and care will be exactly the same, the Opaline Gourami is also in this same species. The body is blue or blue-gray in color.
