Dry Fit.
The plexiglass has been cruved and siliconed into place. A shelf has been cut and fitted onto the plexiglass to create a cave area (to maximize the land and water areas).
Paludarium - An aquarium that is set up with a dry land area as well as a water area.
Papilla - A tube descending from the abdomen of male fish used to fertilize eggs. It is typically only visible during breeding. See Milt.

It's been a great year for Peter Kirwan from Ireland, who placed in both the ADA contest and won 1st prize in two categories (Small and Large) of the AGA contest with his amazing aquascapes.
My paludarium _always_ has a brown cyanobacteria growing on the waterfall. It never infests the rest of the tank (in 6 years now) so I don't worry about it. Some people might perceive that as a problem... I've learned to live with it.
This is a common saprophytic infection that causes serious disease in a range of aquarium, paludarium, and terrarium subjects.
As with all species in this genus, Helanthium tenellum can be grown permanently submersed or emersed as a bog plant in paludariums and terrariums provided the roots are permanently submerged.
Brazilian Pennywort can also be used as a bog plant in paludariums, and will flower regularly above water, as long as sufficient humidity is maintained.
At the Scott Aquarium we had a large paludarium-type vivarium (an enclosed exhibit with both water and dry areas) containing various turtles and alligators, ...
Don't buy them, unless you are setting up a paludarium and want to keep their leaves above water. The main problem with identifying all the blacklisted plants is that they are mostly known by goofy trade names which vary from region-to-region...
