PD : The butterfly fish is bird-shaped with a flat dorsal surface. The wing-like pectoral fins are verylarge when compared with overall body size. The large mouth points toward the surface.
They are especially suitable for top feeders like archerfish ( Toxotes jaculatrix ) and African butterfly fish (Pantodon buchholzi). Starter cultures can be mail-ordered (e.g. from Ward's Natural Science Establishment, Inc.
