Hair algae eaters for freshwater include the Siamese Algae Eater (a hard-to-find favorite for enthusiasts of planted "natural" aquariums), Malaysian Shrimp, Japanese Shrimp, Ghost Shrimp, American Flag Fish, Mollies, and Platies.
