Telmatochromis vittatus
Origin and locale/variety: Nkhomo Reef--Malawi, Lake Malawi, East Africa
Size: Adults are usually 2.0 to 3.5 inches in aquarium environment.
Very similar to Telmatochromis vittatus, though it is believed to possibly be a dwarf form. It dines on insect larvae, crustaceans and small worms in the wild.
