Caulking - A putty-like substance used to seal joints against the weather.
Cedar Shingle - A roofing material made of durable pinewood..
Cement Blocks - Mass produced building blocks made from pouring concrete into a mold..

 


Caulking - Material used to seal exterior cracks and openings such as windows or foundations.
Chair-rail - Molding placed along the loweer part of the wall to prevent chairs, when pused back, from damaging the wall. Also used as decoration.

Cherry-caulking or cherry-cocking(Scots): Decorative masonry technique using lines of tiny stones (pins or pinning) in the mortar joints.

When Drew got hold of these windows they were fixed up with "a sheet of plywood filled with concrete, Kleenex, plumbers putty, nails, caulking, 11 layers of paint with a carpenter ant nest living in it." Now they are stunning.
