Cyma
A moulding with a double curvature is called a cyma or sometimes, a wave moulding. Used as the uppermost element in a cornice.

This is used at the top of arches as well as for the profile of moldings. The ogee arch is Gothic in design. If the ogee curve has the convex or hollow part upwards it is referred to as Cyma Reversa or Cyma Rectas.

A classical molding with a double curve or cyma profile, as in an ogee bracket foot.

Ogee - A double-curved or inverted s-shape. Victorian and Edwardian buildings have ogee spouting. (Refer: Cyma recta)
Open work - Decorative panel consisting largely of voids.

It is built of large dressed ashlar blocks with a cyma reversa moulding at 16 m above ground level. Generally during the Ottoman period the square tower was abandoned in favour of the octagonal or cylindrical minaret.
