Critical Degree: 0°, 13°, and 26° in cardinal signs (Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn), 9° and 21° in fixed signs (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius), ...

Critical degrees 13 and 26 degrees of Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn (the Cardinal signs). 9 and 21 degrees in Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius (the Fixed signs).

Critical Degrees. Any planet or point that is in the 1 or 29 degrees of any sign. Also other critical degrees in cardinal signs are 13 and 26; in fixed signs 9 and 21; and in mutable signs 4 and 17.

Critical days- Those days on which the Moon makes successive 45 degrees transiting aspects to its original position in a chart for an illness or event. Such days are stressful crisis points for the illness or event.
