This is an experimental theory, an idea that just occured to me, and although I couldn't find any practical applications, I think there must many of it.
Degrees, Individual. Several works, symbolical, speculative and statistical, treat of influences presumed to repose in certain individual degrees.

Latitude, Celestial: Angular distance measured north or south of the plane of the ecliptic.
Latitude, Geographic: Angular distance measured on Earth north or south of the equator.
Match Degrees - When 2 planets match degrees, they are in the same degree of either the same sign, or the same degree of 2 different signs. They can also be in the same degree north or south declinations.
