Higher Octave Planets: The three outermost planets, which symbolize the higher or spiritual level of expression in contrast to the lower or physical level symbolized by the inner planets with which they are linked.

Neptune is the higher octave of the planet Venus. Venus symbolizes our personal value systems based on our judgments made through comparison or relating.

Uranus is deemed a higher octave of Mercury. often fails to know his own mind, but is moved by providential circumstances; often a fatalist who considers his destiny beyond his control.

Neptune, the ruler of Pisces, is the higher octave of Venus, who in turn, rules Taurus. This will in some ways be like the love movie with overloads of love, romance and emotion.

Uranus, divine intuition and lightning-like energy and speed, is the so-called higher octave of Mercury, the mind and rational thought.

It is interesting to note that Pluto, the higher octave of Mars is the esoteric ruler of the Fish.

Given that the Trans-Saturn planets are higher octaves of the visible planets in our solar system (Sun not included), they can represent our gateway to success on a grand scale.

As new planets have been discovered we have seen that they become "higher octave" or transformational symbols for functions served by other planets.

It embodies a higher octave of feeling, spiritually and intuitively rather than circumstantially generated. Through Neptune, all boundaries are melted, and insight and expansion of consciousness heal the pain which such dissolution can bring.

Neptune, associated with universal love, is said to be the higher octave of Venus, which rules individual love. Neptune represents the universal ocean of oneness with all beings.

As for rulerships, Uranus is considered by many to rule the sign Aquarius (replacing Saturn in that role), and is considered to be the "higher octave" of the planet Mercury.

lower octave planets : Mercury, whose higher octave is Uranus; Venus, whose higher octave is Neptune; and Mars, whose higher octave is Pluto.

But it reflects the support of the "All That Is", and rightly so, as the higher octave of Venus, the "support" of Neptune extends to the unseen support as well as the seen.

Notice that this Mercury is opposed to Mars and trine to Pluto, a planet similar in character to Mars and considered to be the higher octave of Mars. As both are retrograde, both are thus in double-approaching aspects with Mercury.

This has been repeated in global events, with spontaneous vigils and a cry for a higher truth to clear the clouds of deceit obscuring them. Aquarius is ruled by Uranus, a higher octave of Mercury, and through the Neptune conduit, ...
