Local Mean Time: The actual time in a given location based upon the Sun's position at the Midheaven (noon) of the place. Abbreviated LMT; also called True Local Time (TLT).

Local Mean Time. Based upon the moment when the mean Sun crosses the Midheaven of the place. Local Mean Time was almost universally used prior to the adoption of Standard Time on Nov.

Local Mean Time: The true time at the city, state, country of birth.

Local Mean Time (LMT). The mean solar time for any given city or town, with variation in time being greatest in old dates prior to the 20th century.

Local Mean Time: (LMT) The average (mean) solar time at any given location.
Local Time: (LT) Clock time.
