Natural chart

Natural Chart: A chart with 0° Aries on the cusp of the first house that shows the natural horoscope position of signs. Also called a flat chart.

Natural chart: A horoscope that places Aries on the first house cusp with the rest of the signs following in natural zodiacal order.

In the natural chart, Virgo shares the Descendant point with Libra. The Descendant (or 7th House cusp) is associated with interaction, relationships, our style of relating, and encounters with "The Other".

Flat Chart or Natural Chart: A chart in which the first house is set at zero degrees Aries. Frequently used when the birth time and therefore the Ascendant is not known.

Take your pen and add Sun and Mars at 0 Libra to a blank natural chart form. Let's look at Sun and Mars setting in this chart. Sun is at 0 Libra and 0 N declination, Mars is at 0 Libra , but 2 degrees 24 minutes north.

focal point : Any point in a horoscope where several influences converge or disperse, such as the position of the squared planet in a T-square formation, the action point in a yod, ...

The last (Final Exam) task was to put all the ruling Planet and Zodiac Sign glyphs correctly on the chart as it would appear on a Natural chart. You were to also include the number for each house. Your chart should look similar to the chart below.
