Planetary Storm - A pattern containing a large number of planets interconnected by many close aspects, typically lasting for 1 or 2 weeks.
Aftershock : A "retriggering" of an old aspect or planetary storm by the passage of faster moving planets across sensitive degrees.
At that time Neptune showed signs of a vast planetary storm system resembling Jupiter's "great red spot." Interestingly, the storm did not show in 1994 observations made by the Hubble Space Telescope.
