Slow in motion - Said of a planet when it is traveling slower than its average or mean daily motion. A form of debility.

Slow in Course (Slow in Motion)A planet moving slower than its Mean Motion. An accidental debility. The Moon when slow in course is considered by Bonatus in Anima Astrologicæ to be as debilitated as if she were retrograde.

Significators which are occidental of the Sun, retrograde or slow in motion delay the period of wealth.
INDICATIONS OF WEALTH:
The luminaries or significators of wealth placed with the fortunes or eminent fixed stars.
