Vernal Point - Point on the ecliptic marking the position of the Sun at the moment of the Vernal Equinox, when the Sun is directly overhead at midday along the Tropic of Cancer.
Vernal Point. Zero degrees Aries, the point that marks the Vernal Equinox.
