An equally common name is "Acrab," from Arabic, meaning "the scorpion," older ideas strongly relating crabs with scorpions.
[7522]-[7553] beta Scorpii, also known as Graffias ("claws") and Acrab ("scorpion"), is another multiple star system. The Chinese called it the Fourth Star of the Room.

The star can be found northwest of Zeta Ophiuchi, south of Yed Posterior (Epsilon Ophiuchi) and Yed Prior (Delta Ophiuchi), north of Graffias or Acrab (Beta1,2 Scorpii), and east of Zubeneschamali (Beta Librae).
This star is sometimes also known as Acrab, from the Arabic for ‘scorpion'.
