Extragalactic astronomy
Extragalactic astronomy is the branch of astronomy concerned with objects outside our own Milky Way Galaxy (the study of all astronomical objects which are not covered by galactic astronomy).

Galactic and Extragalactic Astronomy
From the stars, we move on to nodes about galaxies. Galaxies are huge aggregations of matter that formed from faint ripples of density in the early universe.
