Unlike computing local solar time, differences are counted to the accuracy of measurement, not just in whole hours. Greenwich sidereal time and UT1 differ from each other by a constant rate (1.00273790935).
The instruments recorded data throughout the descent until about 1 minute after impact at 03:00 local solar time (LST) except for the entry pressure measurements, terminated at 0.
This is referred to in mission planning as "Hybrid Local Solar Time". The time scales are uniform in the sense of mean solar time (they are actually mean time of some longitude), and are not adjusted as the rovers travel.
