Approach Sequence: The order in which aircraft are positioned while awaiting approach clearance or while on approach.
Normal Approach Sequence

A pilot who has the basic ability to perform an approach sequence may fall into the dual traps of divided attention and limited time. These weaknesses are usually due to poor habits and reduced management skills.
