The nosegear is nonsteerable and full castering, and to my mind, that's a perfect combination for a trainer-lightweight, yet capable of providing better ground maneuvering than any airplane with a conventional steerable nosewheel.

As an adventurous and inquisitive young boy, John Wise was drawn to the skies above his native Lancaster County. He was fascinated by aerial pursuits and began to conduct experiments.

By the usual “castering” principle, this causes a force that tends to return the wheel to its proper position (that is, the wheel exhibits positive stability).

We're nearing our next fuel stop at Landcaster, South Carolina but we encounter a wall of fog at 1,000 feet.. We're only about 5 miles away from the airport, and the layer is broken, so we get down below it and sneak into the airfield.

Forecaster tries to decide what is going to happen over a given period. You must understand what is there and how it could change. It is nice to get the expected; it is wise to expect the unexpected.
