Consolidator
Business that buys international tickets at deep discounts from airlines seating inventory that is expected to remain unsold. Consolidators resell tickets at a markup to travel agencies or travelers directly.
Bucket Shop: A consolidator; any retail outlet dealing in discounted airfares.
