Decision Height
A decision height (DH) or decision altitude (DA) is a specified height or altitude point/level used as a reference. This altitude specifically state to which type of altitude a pilot is referring to.

DECISION HEIGHT - With respect to the operation of aircraft, the height at which point a decision must be made during an instrument approach to either continue the approach or to execute a missed approach [abort].

Decision Height (DH): The height at which a decision must be made, during an ILS or PAR instrument approach, to either continue the approach or to execute a missed approach. (FAR Part 1) ...

The decision height (DH) is the lowest altitude to which we can descend on a glide slope. At this altitude you much either execute a missed approach or land, depending on the visual landing environment.

DH - decision height. The height on a precision approach at which a pilot must have the runway approach lights in sight to continue the descent, or if not, must initiate a go around.

Category I (CAT I) - An ILS facility providing operation down to a 200 foot decision height and an RVR of not less than 2,400 feet.

Facility providing operation down to 200 feet decision height and runway visual range not less than 2600 feet.
CAT II
Facility providing operation down to 100 feet decision height and runway visual range not less than 1200 feet.

If we reach the missed-approach point or decision height and haven't broken out, do not expect me to say anything at this point. I want you to decide on your own when it's time to begin the missed-approach procedure.

It indicates to the pilot, both aurally and visually, that the aircraft is at the designated decision height (DH), normally 100 feet above the touchdown zone elevation, on the ILS CAT II approach. It also marks progress during a CAT III approach.

Category IIIa operations, an ILS approach and landing with no decision height (DH), or a DH below 100 feet (30 meters), and controlling runway visual range not less than 700 feet (200 meters).
