Flameout. A condition in the operation of a gas turbine engine in which the fire in the engine goes out due to either too much or too little fuel sprayed into the combustors.

Flameout
An emergency condition caused by the complete loss of turbine engine power.

FLAMEOUT- An emergency condition caused by a loss of engine power.
FLAMEOUT PATTERN -An approach normally conducted by a single-engine military aircraft experiencing loss or anticipating loss of engine power or control.

- warning signal incorporated in certain navigation and flight instruments indicating that the instrument is not operating satisfactorily or that the strength of signals being received from ground stations is below acceptable limits.

If I am correct, a flameout will cause a rapid power loss, and the hover autorotation will happen at a pace similar to that of a piston powered helicopter.
