Radar Service Terminated
Becoming overly dependent on radar can cause problems. You should be prepared to operate in a non-radar environment. This means defining your own fixes, required reporting points, and altitudes.

RADAR SERVICE TERMINATED- Used by ATC to inform a pilot that he will no longer be provided any of the services that could be received while in radar contact.

PBI: Four Two X-Ray, radar service terminated. Squawk one two zero zero frequency change approved.
MIX: Four Two X-Ray. Good day.

It's not unusual to have a controller say 'radar service terminated, report closing your flight plan in the air or on the ground.' That generally means you've flown below the base of the radar coverage, which is limited by terrain or other factors.
