Retreating Blade Stall
A tendency for the retreating blade to stall in forward flight is inherent in all present day helicopters and is a major factor in limiting their forward speed.

Retreating blade stall is experienced during high speed flight and is the most common limiting factor of a helicopter's forward speed.

Once the aircraft gets to a certain airspeed, and the rotor had flapped as much as it possibly can, then "Retreating blade stall" may be experienced.
