Wing mounted taxi lights make taxiing difficult
There should be some night IFR instruction but it should be in the form of a review of previously flown day light
procedures.
There are numerous manuals for basic aircraft electrical systems such as Nav/Position Lights, Landing and Taxi lights, and so forth. Getting diagrams for your radios and such can be a little harder.
