Instructions
This is a rebounding drill for teaching boxing out under the basket. This drill is extremely important now that referees seldom call over the back.
"Ball-hogging" can be detrimental to a team both immediately and in the long term.
Hold the ball out in front of you and pass it back from hand to hand using only your finger tips. Go from out in front of your waist to above your head and back.

Ball-handling drills should be stressed much more during the first half of the season. Your players will improve with good ball handling in the same proportion the coach stresses ball handling in his fundamental drills.

DRIBBLING: The act of bouncing the ball whether standing still or on the move. A skill used to move the ball up and down the court, use up time, escape from defenders, get closer to the basket or to teammates.
Charging: personal contact against the body of an opponent by a player with the ball.
