Charity Stripe: Another term for the foul line.
Coast-to-Coast: Taking the basketball from one end of the basketball court to the other end and then scoring.

Charity Stripe: jargon for free throw line.

Rick Barry (6th on the all-time scoring list when he retired) averaged over 90 percent from the charity stripe for his entire career and has the second best free-throw percentage in the history of the NBA.

"Free throw line", ("charity stripe") is the line you must stand behind when shooting a free-throw.
"Low post" area is the area near the "block" on either side of the lane (or "paint" area), to about half way up the lane toward the free throw line.
