Shot-Drive
This drill goes way back to my days at the city pool in Ellwood City Pa. We used to play a game off the low board called jump-dive.

The dribble drive motion is an offensive strategy in basketball, developed by University of Massachusetts assistant coach Vance Walberg, when he was a high school coach in California.
To drive off the low post the receiver must make his move quickly as the ball hits his hands. Otherwise, the first cutter coming under from the opposite direction is in the way.

Remember, players who start their drive move with the ball positioned at the upper stomach or chest level travel a lot. From this position it is difficult to time putting the ball on the floor at the correct time with the step.
