Position at the Foul Line
The best way to line yourself up for a free throw is to find the nail hole that is on most free throw lines.
You begin at the foul line with your feet shoulder width apart. Pick up the ball and dribble a few times with two hands. Bend your knees a couple of times, take a deep breathe or two.

Foul trouble: (1) Player foul trouble occurs when a player accumulates three or four fouls and is in danger of fouling out.
The defender's presence above the foul line also ensures that nobody will be able to flash into the middle of the key from the opposite side of the floor, which is called the weak side of the floor.

Coast-to-Coast: Taking the basketball from one end of the basketball court to the other end and then scoring.
