Inside shot - Shot taken from near or under the basket.
Intentional Foul - A foul committed on purpose by a defensive player to stop the clock. In college basketball, the team that was fouled gets two free throws and possession of the ball.
Even if the help stops the penetration, it makes everyone rotate and people are not in position to block out on a missed shot, you draw fouls, and you get high percentage inside shots.
O2 could pass to O3 for the inside shot. If the pass to flex cutter is not there, notice in diagram B that O1 then down-screens for O5, who cuts up to the elbow for the pass and jump-shot. If not there, O5 steps outside to get the pass from O2.
