Lay Up
Lay up gives rise to basketball scoring without halting a burst. Once you get up in the air, there are many ways to maneuver the ball provided you increase your vertical jump to certain level.
Lay up - a shot taken close to the basket that is usually banked off the backboard towards the basket.
Lay Up: When a player runs threw the lane and is able to take the ball and lay it into the basket.

You just make a lay up and quickly and under control take a layup from the other side. Make sure your doing a lay up on the right with your right hand then the left side is with your left hand.
Use the moves with lay ups, power lay up and jump shots, rebound, dribble out and make the same move out to the other side. Repeat.When using with jump shots take 1 or 2 dribbles by the defender before shooting.

I would go down to the local card store and buy a box of basketball trading cards, I would have contests and use the cards as prices. I would vary the contest so ever one would have a chance to win. i.e. Foul shooting, lay up contest, team races.
