Over and Back Violation-- Heading over to another site to troll viciously and then trying to pretend you're a nice guy when you return home.
Pick and Roll-- Starting a fight on scanty evidence then disappearing when the eventual facts prove you wrong.
The defense goes over and back, then the original passer goes becomes the piggy-in-the-middle on the third pass.
The defenders at the free-throw line (X1 and X2) slide over and back twice and touch the ball each time, being vocal ("deny, deny, deny"). On the third slide, before she can touch the ball, the assistant puts the ball on the floor and starts dribbling.
Either face a bench that is about one and a half feet high or stand beside it. You can either jump over and back or sideways. Feet should be kept together. Go for thirty seconds and count the number of times that you return to the starting point. Attempt to increase the number every day.
The ball is moved up the court and they can go Over and Back if they need to. They keep going until they score a basket. Remember you have 2 offensive players moving against 4 defensive players moving. Make sure the defense sets as many traps as they can.

Lateral Jumps - Lateral jumps are performed best with over a line or a stick. They involve standing parallel to the line on one side and then quickly jumping sideways back-and-forth over the line. ~ equals one repetition.
B4 should try to herd Y1 into the side line and stop the dribble.
B2 and B3 should look for any passes they can catch within their respective zones.
The offense is not limited by zones, but once they cross half court, the normal ~ rule applies.
