Penetration & Dish to Post Player
The dribbler must not over-penetrate. I teach our perimeter players that when they penetrate the lane they have an immediate decision point. If the big comes over to help they make the pass, preferably a bounce pass.

Dibble-penetration, attacking the seams, is often possible when the post player is located on the opposite (weakside) low block.

Any time penetration is made from the top of the key (dribble or pass), wing players step-slide to the corners or behind the penetrator's depending on the type of zone.

During dribble penetration, follow your teammate to the rim so you can be there to retrieve the ball if he misses. This is a great time to rebound because the defense usually collapses on the drive and they forget to block out.

Stop dribble penetration. We must always apply intelligent pressure defense on the ball (give a cushion if needed) without allowing dribble penetration into the paint.

Quick passing is an important element of attacking any zone.

Dishing: A slang term for passing the ball to a player open for a shot, usually after dribble penetration.
Double down: To drop from the perimeter, leaving your man or zone, to double-team a low post player.

Ask coaches what is the toughest thing to defend in the half court. Many will reply containing the ball and handling dribble penetration.

The Open or Spread is sometimes called "Donut." This no post alignment speads the floor for cuts and dribble penetrations. Commonly used by teams without post players or at the end of the game to protect a lead.
