Triple double: when a player scores double-digits in 3 categories during one game (points, assists and rebounds are most common, but it can also be blocks or steals); a sign of great versatility.

Triple Double - When a player completes a game with double-digit figures in any 3 of the following offensive categories: points scored, assists, rebounds, steals, or blocked shots.

The term "triple double" means that you achieve double digit stats in three different categories. For example: 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 13 assists would be a triple-double.
