Turnover - when the offense loses possession through its own fault by passing the basketball out of bounds or committing a floor violation.

Turnover - When possession of the ball switches from one team to the other.

The type of turnovers will speak to your offensive performance. Dribbling violations will cue you to spend more time on that or try different players as your primary ball-handlers. It is important to put players in positions where they can succeed.

Note: If there is a turnover, players must talk out who is still in and who is
dropping out, so that the drill is allowed to continue. This may seem like a problem
but it does force communication from your players.

I have watched alot of the youth games and most of the game deteriorates into swarming the ball resulting in a turnover or a wild shot at the basket.

Never try to overdo your dribbling moves or you will exhaust yourself and most likely cause a turnover.
