BL: ~-Free lacquer remover is the least damaging to nails and skin. A trick to removing glitter lacquers, soak a cotton pad in remover and hold over the nail for about 20 seconds before rubbing.

Dihydroxy~ or DHA is a simple carbohydrate that is used as a tanning ingredient in sunless tanners. It reacts with various amino acids available in the stratum corneum producing different tones of coloration on the skin.

Use a non-~ nail polish remover for normal polish, but switch to ~ if you need to remove stubborn colors or glitter nail polish. I like to use the instant polish remover where you stick your finger into the jar and twist to remove the polish, but whatever you prefer is fine.

Step 1: Pour your ~ nail polish remover into a dish (for easier access).
Step 2: Rip off multiple pieces of aluminum foil (10 in total for each finger, large enough to wrap around your fingernails).

- Get rid of all traces of nail varnish by using ~-free remover.
- Rinse each hand immediately so that the remover doesn't remain in contact with your nails for too long, as this tends to dry them out.
- Soak your hands in warm, soapy water for a few minutes.

The mist emitted contains dihydroxy~ (DHA), which is a chemical that reacts with dead skin cells by cosmetically dyeing them brown. So after spray tanning, the skin takes on a golden brown color that usually looks like a natural tan.

Remove old nail varnish using nail polish remover and a paper towel or cotton pads. Both are better than a tissue, offering more friction. Always try to use a non-~ polish remover, as its less drying to nails and cuticles.
