ANISE OIL - Pimpinella Anisium. Well known for its sweet aroma and taste. Antiseptic and slightly astringent. Helps induce perspiration.

1 tsp anise seeds
Boil the water, add herbs and seeds, infuse for 20 minutes. Cool, strain and use as a gargle/mouthwash.

The following mix of plants has very good results in the increment of the breasts: dill seeds (Anethum graveolens), liquorice root (Glyciriza glabra), basil flowers (Ocimum basilicum), anise seeds (Pimpinella anisum).

Nutmeg, all spice, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, coriander and anise can all be added in equal amounts. 1 tablespoon of spice per 4 cups of dried petals and herbs is the usual ratio.
