Castile soap

Castile Soap Mild, moisturizing soap made from olive oil.

Castile soap comes in any form, from liquid to flakes. It doesn't leave the residue on your hair that an animal fat soap would, and it is a gentle cleanser. Dilute the soap with warm distilled water, making sure to dissolve the soap completely.

2 cups liquid castile soap (lavender from a health food store is best)
1/2 half cup of honey
1/4 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon vitamin B liquid .

3 Tbsp castile soap
In a bowl, beat egg white until foamy. Blend in yolk followed by the castile soap. Wet hair with warm water. Massage half the egg shampoo into scalp. Rinse well then massage remaining shampoo into scalp. Leave on hair about 1 min.

Avoid facial exfoliants and cleansers with sand or peach pits to avoid worsening your red skin; instead, use cleansers made with castile soap because it is soothing and gentle on your skin.

Grate your castile soap until you have two cups full. Add this to the inner double-boiler, or the small pot, with ½ cup of distilled water.
