Iced Fenugreek Tea
Steep fenugreek tea according to directions. Let the tea cool, then pour over ice and drink without sweetener or with a small amount of honey.

 


Fenugreek: Fenugreek is an herb with healing and anti-inflammatory properties on wounds, boils, sores, fistulas and tumors. It can be taken to help bronchitis and gargled to ease sore throats.

Fenugreek (methi) seeds protect the scalp from dandruff. Soak seeds overnight and then grind them into a paste. Apply the paste on the scalp and keep it on for a few minutes. Rinse off with water.

In herbal medicine an infusion of fenugreek seeds is used as a tonic for the digestive system. It is said to help in conditions such as enteritis and gastritis.

2. Fenugreek leaves (methi) cure pimples, blackheads, dryness and early appearance of wrinkles. Make a paste of these leaves and apply it every night. Next morning, wash off with warm water. This improves your complexion.

1 tspn fenugreek seed powder mixed with 1 cup of yogurt. Apply and leave for ½ an hour before washing.
Tip 7:
Take 2 tblspns of Beetroot juice and add 1 egg and 1 tspn limejuice to this. Apply and leave for ½ an hour before washing.

3. Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds in yogurt overnight and apply the curd on your scalp for half an hour before washing in the morning.

Take some fresh fenugreek leaves and make a paste to apply on the acne pimples overnight.
Honey is a great remedy for pimples and acne. It kills bacteria and leaves the skin pimple free.

Fenugreek
Apply a paste of fresh fenugreek leaves in water over the face every night and washed with warm water in the morning for preventing pimples, blackheads, dryness, and wrinkles.

Trigonella foenum graecum (fenugreek) seed extract
Derived from the seeds; anti-inflammatory, traditional use in India as a conditioner for the hair.
Trimethylsiloxysilicate
Derived from silica; emollient, lubricant and thickener.

Soak two spoon full of fenugreek seeds in water at night. In the morning make a paste by mixing seeds, two drops of lemon and apply on the head. Keep if for an hour. Then wash with herbal shampoo. Do this once a week.

Take few leaves of saffron, 1/2 tea spoon mustard & 1/2 tea spoon fenugreek, one piece of kappor, one tea spoon of buchanania latifolia & little sandal powder. Mix it with milk & grind it & apply it on face.

You can also soak ground fenugreek seeds overnight in water and massage the paste on the head, leaving it for a few minutes. Wash it afterwards using a mild shampoo.

Make a paste with castor oil, Amla and Shitake powder, powdered fenugreek seeds, neem leaves paste and eggs.
The paste should be applied to the scalp and hair and leave it on for some time.

There are several recipes listed, to prepare them all you would need: gooseberry, coconut oil, lime juice, black gram, fenugreek seeds, liquorice, shana seeds.

The Bitter Orange lotion has extracts of orange, wheatgerm, fenugreek and winter cheery.
