5 drops sandalwood essential/fragrance oil
10 drops bergamot essential/fragrance oil
10 drops cassis essential/fragrance oil
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together, shake well. Place in a dark bottle.
Fragrance oils, which may often have some essential oil as an ingredient, will not provide the same health benefits and will most likely contain artificial ingredients to enhance scent. Stick with the real thing for the best results.
