I am so relieved to be able to eat normally again! I have had gastritis twice but everytime I took a tablespoon of Aloe juice before meals, I feel better within a day! Fabulous!

When I was growing up in India I remember that the solution to gastritis was not Tums or any of those millions of pills marketed on television for heartburn. Your grandma will simply massage your tummy, sometimes using some herbs or spices.
In herbal medicine an infusion of fenugreek seeds is used as a tonic for the digestive system. It is said to help in conditions such as enteritis and gastritis.
